The Importance of Upgrades in World of Warcraft
Upgrades are new items that increase your stats. These can be used to upgrade your armor, trinkets and weapons.
Upgrades to items use a system known as "upgrade pity" to calculate probabilities. This system is designed to minimize the risk of losing money and offer security in the event of an upgrade.
Armor
The item upgrader lets players upgrade the level of their equipment for their trinkets, armor, and weapons. The upgrade is applied to equipment when you visit an item upgrader NPC with the appropriate currency. The upgrade of an item will upgrade the stats on that item.
This NPC can be found in every major city and is located in the city's corner square near a teleport point. The NPC is able to upgrade any armor, weapon or trinket, excluding those which require a quest or crafting.
Note: The item you use to upgrade your gear is destroyed for ever. There is no way to have multiple upgrades applied to a piece of equipment. Attempting to apply an upgrade on one that has already been applied will cause the previous upgrade to be overwritten.
The process of upgrading your equipment is a great way to maximize the use of your gear and increase your damage, survivability, and overall power. For instance, if you have new Benthic gear that you purchased from the War Within Mythic Dungeon, it will be at level 385 by default, and can be upgraded to a higher level using [Prismatic Manapearls]. Upgrades to your PvE gear are available across all accounts, however upgrades for PvP gear require a particular currency, like [Valorstones] or [Harbinger Crests[Harbinger Crests]. The amount of Valorstones required to upgrade other pieces of gear in the same armor slot is reduced after the first upgrade on the gear.
Weapons
Weapons are an important element of any successful character. They can be used to stop a murderous monster, kill an intruder, or win a shooting competition. Or they can simply be hung on the wall. It isn't a matter of how you plan to utilize a weapon. It is able to be upgraded, and it will change with your playstyle as time goes on.

Upgrades don't just boost the level of the item but also provide it with additional stats which can be used to boost its power. Some of these upgrades will be passive while others may provide greater damage, faster attacks, increased range, or even critical strike opportunities.
Ashes of War weapons are given rewards when certain raid bosses are defeated. Other upgrades can be added to weapons with Whetblades which are rare items that unlock new Affinities that you can infuse your weapon with.
Once a weapon has been fully upgraded, the player is able to continue to upgrade it as long as he/she has the appropriate upgrade materials and currency. It's important to know that weapons are only upgraded to a maximum of 25. Players should upgrade their weapons only after they have acquired the maximum number of upgrades possible from regular and Whetblade item.
Trinkets
The Trinkets provide a variety of Boosts. They can be upgraded like other equipment by interacting with an item Upgrader NPC.
Stardew Valley is the place where you will find an upgrade tool for items. To make use of it, you must first unequip any armor or weapons that are equipped. The NPC will then appear with a red banner "Equiped" over his head.
